With the closing of the pool for the 2004 season, we will begin the renovation of the pool facilities. The area under renovation will be considered a closed site. This means that NO PERSON without authorization will be allowed past the posted signs or the perimeter fence 24 hours a day. The reasons include personal safety, Ledgewood insurance liability and security of the contractor’s equipment. Anyone caught on the site after working hours or refusing to leave when instructed to by the contractor may be prosecuted.
