If
you need to replace the globe on your post light, they are available
at the maintenance garage. Remember, the globe is a Ledgewood
standard and the Architectural Review board has a zero tolerance
policy on deviations and burned out bulbs. The new fluorescent
style bulbs available at places such as Home Depot have a much
longer life than the incandescent bulbs used in the past. An example of a light that works is sold at Home Depot-- Philips 100 watt DuraMax Long Life Postlight.

Home Depot
also has contractors available to replace the entire lamp post.

The common grounds behind and around the homes in Ledgewood
are not a dumping ground for leaves and branches. The grounds
crew is responsible for mowing these areas but the residents
are expected to help keep them clean. If an area around your
home has accumulated excessive trash, contact the Maintenance
Manager and make him aware of it.
The Ledgewood Association now owns a log splitter which is available for use by the residents. Cost is free. You must sign a
liability waiver. Contact Jim Chmura (email) at the garage to schedule a time and arrange for delivery.
If you are interested in using the log splitter, please download and read the instruction manual. Full manual (PDF-- 3.75 MB) or Operating Instructions Only (PDF-- 1.69 MB)
